S5 reboots 20+ times a day

So the phone basically does what the title says and it's quite annoying.

It's been doing this since a recent software update of about 1Gb.

Now I don't know if I should take the phone to Vodacom or get help from you guys to fix it.

No other updates available at present

My Vodacom S5 has the same problem of random reboot, after the marshmallow update. I did a cache wipe and factory reset, but the problem persists.

These reboot usually happens when the phone comes out of sleep mode during the time a new email/sms/whatsapp message arrives.

If you keep your charger connected, does it still happens, then replace the battery.

Try a factory reset or re-flash the ROM...

Yeah, it normally happens from sleep mode, not necessarily when a msg arrives

Out of curiosity, which model do you have? G900F or G900H?

I took mine to the Vodacom repair shop under warranty, was just rebooting constantly.
They couldn't repair it and so they just replaced the phone.

How old? Take it to samsung or smart lab?
