You did say you look at them sideways because you suspect they are not where they are on merit, if that's the prevailing view amongst other people who are in a position to offer opportunities for them then it's not a surprise that they are still disadvantaged.
I was referring to the education system.

Then there's issue of external moderation for certain subjects (not sure if this is still the case).

External moderation comes into effect around grade 10 to 12 from my understanding. In primary school there are no moderations if they are they done within the school. The school still has to follow the departments requirements and each facility may have different SOPs to carry out the departments directives.

But tell me, would such a person do well enough to get a university admission?

Again you looking at the situation in absolutes, why I do not know. The reason I used the medical field in this discussion is because 1) I am aware and experienced in what goes on there 2) Its an elite field that does not take thousands of students like commerce 3) It requires the best of the best from school.

Are you aware of the ratings of schools ? (i think its NFQ classifications - not sure) this also applies to point system of admission. So someone who comes from a low graded school with a C or B aggregate has a higher chance of entering these faculties than someone with a 90% aggregate who attended a private school. Now in what world do you think this produces excellence ?

When someone explains laws we are all very familiar with, it sounds like the laws are being defended and not criticised.
If you're familiar with the laws but still insist on making false claims, then what do we call that?

how did you come to the condescending conclusion
So following your logic you can respect white women despite AA but you can’t respect black professionals
You can go to a country with no AA. I’m sure your superior brain capacity will be appreciated.

That’s if you are even wanted anywhere
So you don’t see anything with the government educating health professional

And you make it seem

And this makes sense in your head
Why do you make stuff up in your head
As for if you are serving your bursary? Dude you are embarrassing yourself.

A minority of black people surveyed (33%) said they would prefer to live, work and raise their children in the US, while 17% chose the UK, 8% were in favour of Germany and 13% preferred Cuba.
