Some points make a bit of sense.

Is it not corruption perhaps? Corruption and BBBEE are separate concepts. State entities have been destroyed by rampant corruption and wilful mismanagement where handpicked individuals are thrust into positions to make sure certain nefarious objectives are reached. Look at SAA under JZ, where Myeni was thrust into position of power despite her shortcomings. Do you think if they wanted a black person to head the airline they wouldn't have selected an educated person from within the corporate office?

Look at what they did to Denel. Do you think an ethical black manager drawn from the pool in the private sector would have allowed what happened? Eskom. It was free for all. Some of the CEO's even awarded families tenders worth hundreds of millions.

Bosasa scandal. Transnet. To name but a few. The recent PPE scandals? Come on.

All enabled by BEE and the tender is awarded before advertised, the price determined and who gets how much.

Europeans think solution to their national problems is changing something in their laws or in the system. In Africa the solution is migrating to Europe..

Is that what you think about black people in your field of work?
That they work with you because of BEE or AA?

It will be nice to see your varsity class ranking and how you did compared to your fellow black students.

No black in SA can claim to have got a job or sports position on merit due to the illegal and racist BEE, AA and EE systems. This is the unfortunate unforeseen consequence of social engineering which always turns into a disaster.

But why are they leaving the African paradise that came into being on 27 April 1994?
Who called it a paradise? Why do you want to impose restrictions on their movements? Part of what was achieved in abolition of apartheid is freedom of movement in the country or abroad. If I feel like I can make more money in the UK, why shouldn't I?
