all true except for the headline - telkom and govt policy stunt the growth of e-commerce and domain names are a very small piece of that pie

once again we see that there is a massive problem in the DoC

“One of our clients is disputing the registration of a .co.za domain name that includes their trademark by another South African company. The resulting litigation in the Pretoria High Court has been going on for more than four years at very high costs. If the same happened in Namibia, the dispute would have been resolved in less than three months and considerably lower cost,”

Is this because Namibia resorts to breaking legs with baseball bats???
