Let's say the ANC gets below 50% and makes a deal with a smaller party to form a coalition and a couple years later that smaller gets pissed off and pulls out of the coalition, what will happen?

Other parties can form a coalition government, or to ANC can form a minority government if the other parties can not form a coalition.

Good guess :) But my rudimentary understanding of a Moody's downgrade is that it is not to be taken lightly at all. Hence my concern about it. Hoping someone can shed some light.
