<Avengers of Light> is a 3/3H, 10/10H, 1/10M Alliance guild on Vek’nilash EU -–We are currently looking for experienced and knowledgeable players. We expect our players to commit to raiding during our raid times, and put in the work needed outside of raid to help them maximize their potential. Avengers is not a hardcore guild but we definitely like to push ourselves to see what we can achieve in the raiding environment.

Recruiting: We are in need of some ranged dps but, we will consider all applications.

Loot System:
Our guild uses a EPGP system to decide who gets loot. Distribution is based on a combination of attendance, whether the item is BiS or not. Basically if you put in the effort to attend raids you will receive the loot, help us help you

I'm playing far more casual myself after being lured into Legion after some years of retirement. The frustration is real when you are 100% comfy with a fight after a handful of pulls but then need to wait 50 or 100+ pulls for the rest to "get it"

Mythic. Fight is certainly do-able with the guild but I'll be surprised if we get any more than 4/10 before ToS opens.

From WoWProgress looks like you guys just got Chrono down? Grats, I quite like that one. Trillax is not too bead either just focus mechanics and chill on the dps. MOAR CAKES.

Yea haha, it's quite a change from heroic when you should be easily soaking all the patches to having more patches than players so you'll always get at least some adds. The problem with less than stellers players is when there's too much going on they can't cope, so when adds pop even if they're positioned well you need to switch dps, interrupt (why is this so hard) and avoid the giant boss laser all at the same time.

To be fair we have gotten really good at wipe recovery so we don't have to run back very often at all

Brotherhood of Steel is on connected realms: Twilight's Hammer, Agamaggan, Bloodscalp, Crushridge, Emeriss & Hakkar.

Our guild may not be full of South Africans but we do have a fair amount, along with many other cultures.
