I don't know if you have taken a look at the new cross realm community feature, but I created a community called "Team Africa" in hopes of getting all the horde South Africans in one community, I think that would be pretty neat.

2nd Edit: A lot of people are confused why there are different groups, all the other groups are overall bnet groups, they don't do a good job of making it easy to play together(you have to invite people as friends first every time), the in-game horde only group is made for playing wow together, you can just right click name and invite, join people with the quick join menu, set events, and see peoples classes with ease, it's like a cross realm guild.
