SA ISP mail server IPs

Hi guys,

Does anyone maintain or know where I can find an up-to-date and accurate list if IPs that ISPs use to send mail? I'm not talking about the IP you configure your mail client to. I'm talking about the IPs that show up in my mail logs when someone sends me mail from a South African ISP, eg:

Mar 16 09:56:50 mail postfix/smtpd[609]: 6D501734059: client=cpt-relay-04.mweb.co.za[196.2.50.72]
