Ah yes so everyone knows your cycle.
Everyone knows your cycle anyway.
It’s really not very hard to figure out.
Ah yes so everyone knows your cycle.
Exactly, the sick leave is already there.
If your cycle is so bad you can’t work simply make use of sick leave and they can just bake that into their policy.
Umm no.Contraceptive injection is free for anyone who wants it. Periods pretty much get reduced to nothing when a woman is on it.
Its not this simple though is it?Well then if you don't want to use what modern medicine can offer then suffer. Simple
Most of the things we are forced to "worry about" nowadays.....isn't real.Menstruation syncing isn’t real, so no concern there.
Exactly...so asking other members here if "they've experienced period pain, so they won't know" is rather silly and disingenuous, isn't it?Good for you. Or bad. I don't know.
But...it is.Its not this simple though is it?
Google the negative symptoms of oral contraception.
Jeepers guys. Info is out there.
Its not just take a pill and feel better.
Ever had severe period pains?
Why not? Who decides what who cares and comments about? And drive to the doctor and pay yo get a sick note.
Why do you guys (men mostly this thread by the look of it) even care or have a strong opinion about this? What's it to you if the moody potato sits at home and does nothing vs sitting at work doing nothing never mind the "logistical" problems some of them face during this time.
Why do you care?

Good or bad for you since you've had first hand experience. I've seen someone with severe cramping. Everything literally stops. No, but I have suffered from them...
So, can men also have menstrual leave
One's "severe" is another's "not so bad"...it's all subjective isn't it.Good or bad for you since you've had first hand experience. I've seen someone with severe cramping. Everything literally stops.
Not my way of thinking re. this matter at all tbh."If I can't have it nobody else can"
What a ****ing daft mentality
If we were having this conversation face to Face ID ask you the same thing: "Why do you care?"Why not? Who decides what who cares and comments about?
Who decides who must explain themselves and their feelings about issues?
That is pointless anyway as one only gets insulted or shouted down since no-one's opinion on the internet is sacrosanct.
Why does this feeble excuse pop up more and more on threads?
People care and comment about things that interest or upset or thrill them.
It's a free and open forum.
No its not.But...it is.
I've answered that already and would do the same face to face too....I care 'cos it is unnecessary and would be "unfair" in the workplace where women have been fighting...and still are for unsubstantiated and vague reasons...for 100% equal pay and rights and treatment. If we were having this conversation face to Face ID ask you the same thing: "Why do you care?"
But then what are you saying? It's either ALL...or NONE.No its not.
And you thinking it is , shows you that you never had a period.
Men debating periods is like transgender ‘woman’ wanting gynea appointments.
Pointless.
Tits without nipples
Pointless..
I’m not saying that all woman needs period leave, just saying its not as simple as take a pill and get over it.
Give it to everyone.since everyone can identify as female anyway. But then what are you saying? It's either ALL...or NONE.
I say NONE...and if it is so bad, take your sick leave. I promise you, when choosing between 2 weeks at the beach during Christmas, or staying at home for cramping that can be HELPED by meds...most women will choose the 2 weeks at the beach. Yeah yeah I know...the white privileged ones of course....
