SA network compatible import cellphone

As a simple operator using a cellphone only for calls and SMS, I am not familiar with all the networks like G2, 3, 4, LTE, GSM 800/900/1800/1900 MHz etc..

Will the following two handsets work with a RSA Vodacom Simcard if imported, and possible use in Madagascar?
