SA schoolboy rugby players offered R63,500 per month contracts by French clubs

French rugby clubs have reportedly set their sights on signing 20 of South Africa’s top schoolboy rugby players.

WTF is it with sports and preventing people from studying? I know of cases where people have left sport(in SA) to rather go study. Sport in this country just doesn't pay. And depending on your lifetime that isn't guarenteed you need backup in the form of qualifications.
