To be honest, if I look at my old high school, they will need to find white kids because it is majority black. I was also at the Jeppe-Parktown end of season rugby and the majority of the students and players were black too. South Africa was always going to become ''blacker'' organically...

Don't think its a culture thing, its more a choice in what language you want your kids to be educated in at the end of the day
