I'm all for toil, I really am. But toil needs to be rewarded (or at least have the possibility of reward). And that is just completely lacking here.

Don't have an issue with the bowlers toiling, they've done well in this series. The issue is the batsmen not willing to do the same...

Ah, true story! There's been ample talk this week of batsmen taking responsibility, grafting, sticking out etc etc blah blah blah, so let's hope they make good on that. Having India 4 down cheaply is excellent work. Nip Kohli out now and we'll be in the pound seats. Then it will be time for Amla & Co to come good.
