South Africa is now the latest country to be approached for the ‘100% pay, 80% work’ principle.

Imagine companies realized 8 to 5 is some archaic time from when we didn't have electricity.
That you could run 24/7 and have people running things through out, not everyone runs well during the day.

Being well rested does wonders for my productivity and creativity. I find I can focus for longer periods of time, find solutions sooner and deliver overall higher quality of work after a Monday long weekend.
