Yes SABC, employing a fraudster is not an urgent matter! I am sure that the moment you employed him, he was rehabilitated, and I am sure that a rehabilitated fraudster will not think about stealing from you and the public. But, then again, you all, just like Motsoeneng, are a bunch of criminals...

the urgency issue here is interesting and there is a horse has bolted problem in effect. The argument which needs be made and raised to is that Motsoeneng sitting in office creates a position at which harm to the public and DA and the prejudice remains in effect with the horse not having bolted yet as the move from an acting position to a permanent appointment and the defiance of the public protectors report are both still generating a problem.

Therefore unless he is suspended or constrained as to how to act the case remains urgent, either the SABC board makes such protections as undertakings or the urgency remains.
