SABC "scamming" you out of TV Licence money

Maybe it has been reported before, but I keep on getting these calls from a number: +27110621980

It will ring for a sit second and then hang up. If you call back you are greated with a electronic voice message telling you you're TV Licence is due.

So what it looks like is the SABC being so broke, cheap and devious that they're making you pay to find out they want your money.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it's worth blocking that number anyway.
