If you are right up Zuma's tailpipe and you got "A good story to tell" ... I suppose

But for Fsek sakes - really? They are going to the highest court in the land because of some fsker at the top? This is beyond his appointment, this is Cadre deployment challenges I think..

Government seem to be fighting a proxy case against the public protector for her Nkandla ruling.

So nice when you can dip into a bottomless pit of taxpayers' money.

Have to agree. More money wasted to make lawyers rich. All because this guy doesn't have qualifications (and lied about it) and still wants to have his job.

That is precisely what this is about...

It will be interesting to see how the ConCourt handle this, since its been lodged as an urgent application.

I personally don't see the ConCourt ruling any differently to the SCA (if they have a backbone, which they do seem to still have to some degree)

Convict court to the rescue again? An nice test to witness. Please restore my "trust".

this is quite bizarre.

an employer, goes to the supreme court and now the constitutional court to defend an employee who misrepresented his qualifications in order to get the job.

where in the world does that happen ?

The ANC version of Africa where the criminally connected deemed to be completely untouchable!

This is about the potential implications the ruling itself has on other matters relating to the PP. It's bigger than the SABC and that individual.

I cannot see the Constitutional Court condoning fraudulent misrepresentation......

The ANC cannot really afford to let this one slip, if the Hlaudi case vindicates the public protector it puts the Zuma/Nkandla saga directly in her sights. The DA is already insisting that the Motsoeneng case invalidates the other Nkandla reports.

Interesting times, and none of them good for the ANC.

To some degree? Can you name even a handful of judgement's that weren't legally sound?
