They'll need more than a name change to appeal to a larger audience. EVEN in Africa.

The SABC is overstepping its boundries with our money. It should stick to domestic issues and broadcast in SA only. Let commercial ventures go and do African news channels.

Why is the SABC making such large amounts of profit? I'm sorry but a public broadcaster should be an NPO, cover their costs and that is it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With the kind of profits that they have, why do they even get any money from the government? I would have thought that double charging us is actually illegal (taxes and licence)?!
