Just a sort of tax that they gave a name and trying to give meaning/reason.

Much easier to tell all taxpayers that they have to pay R350 tax each month from now on to fund some of the new grants payments.

Then we will all still complain but can't do anything about. Same as hiking income tax. Bitch and moan and still have to pay.

just feels like nonsense distractions tbh, need to keep people busy with kak so they get away with other nonsense. the more distractions they create the more their actions are muddled.

just get your bbc iplayer knockoff running as you said you want. twits. then you can charge a tv lic. for using it, just like the european colonisers
