If I have an oven that looks almost like a TV, do I have to pay SABC TV license fees for it? Asking for a friend.

She also has a robot vacuum cleaner (like a Roomba) that she suspects sometimes watches TV, and a cat who unashamedly does it all the time. She also has a garden spade that she uses to bury the cat litter. Does she need a SABC TV license for any of these too, and if so, is there a discount for lots of licenses?

3-Population numbers at 7 Billion plus, lack of leadersip Social-Intelligence levels to control it, in fact it seems the best human brains are lacking here, as the chaotic last 35 years had proven.
4-Not ever in history were ordinary people conned out of a decent living ever in the history of the planet at this scale, it became so top heavy and parasitic, soon no monetary system will be able to cope, no matter how much money you dump into that bottomless hole.
5-If the ordinary good person/individual want a future for its children, a new type of understanding is required, unlike ever before.
