If you multiply zero by anything you still get zero. No wonder they're in such a mess, they don't understand basic multiplication.

Advertising makes up the bulk of the SABC’s revenue
Government is busy killing the economy. If it doesn't change that steam of revenue will also dwindle. :(

We are paying less than the R280 million for soccer, but we cant disclose how much we are paying? R279 million of tax payer's money perhaps?

Yet we at max will only make R10 million back.

And why did we sign the deal, not because we need to show the public sport. (ie we can show other sports instead). But because the soccer team sponsors are thinking to dump them if they arent on free to air TV. ie all those lovely branded sponsors paying the teams money for printing on their shirts, and demand that these shirts are viewable on tv, simply because only 7500 supporters show up on average per match.
