Ex cit. My mom passed away 2017. My sister had to handle everything. Still unresolved. They left SA nearly a month ago. Good luck to the SABC in getting anything from them in Europe. Just pathetic. Non functional and a failed state.

It has never been easy to cancel a television license in South Africa. You can also read plenty of stories of similar problems cancelling one in the UK. It comes of bureaucracy. You even find the issue in large private companies.

And then some of the municipalities don't even pay their dues!
