SADV Suburbia Fibre Installations

Hey everyone. Has anyone tried to get SADV to install to a stand-alone house yet? According to their MBB rep, Pinball Wizard, they now install to houses as well as estates, and I saw Axxess advertising a SADV Suburbia package alongside a SADV Complexes package.

However, when I gave SADV a call, I was informed that they do not install to stand-alone homes, and might consider it sometime next year.

I am confused.

Does anyone have any info on this?
