The successful candidate must be someone who works independently and is able to understand business workflow as well as financial and operational (IT) requirements. Excellent communication skills, coupled with a keen interest in teaching, problem solving and learning new software (and updates) is very important. The successful candidate must be very organised, hardworking, have a strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, be self-motivated, thrive under pressure, and have good leadership skills.
Conduct user training
Study user requirements
Installation of software
Help-desk support
On-site support
Troubleshooting
Report and form customisation
Understand customer needs and requirements
Understanding of and being able to do standard scripting
Web design / Presentation of forms
Setup of company database
Attend training as identified by Management
Matric / Post tertiary qualification - i.e. IT/Web design/CRM
SQL experience (crucial!)
Understanding and working knowledge of CRM
Experienced in BA process / software
Knowledgeable in MS Products
Accpac CRM Certified Consultant (preferred)
Good knowledge of MS.SQL Database
Understand company requirement for the Financial and business operational workflow
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Own transport (valid driver’s license)
South African Citizen
