Sage One Online Business...support not there??

Hi guys,

These guys are really bad with answering phones, emails and contact form submission on their website.

Anyone also experiencing it? And also not the first time, but I let it slip a few times, but really...

Time to switch to another accounting package, any recommendations guys?

What do you need support to fix/help with? I have always been able to get help over the phone ... cannot recall them answering any other forms of contact I have initiated though.

Yep, +27 11 304 3805 is what I have too. Remember it is provisional tax time and year end - they must be crazy busy. I know I am hammering away at my Sage to get everything done in time.
