Sahara laptop or Toshiba

HI

My cellphone contract expires soon and I will be getting a upgrade.One company offer me a free toshiba laptop that other one is a sahara laptop.

Which is better.Specs for the sahara is 1.4 mhz/40 gig/256 MB and the only difference is that the Toshiba is 1.6 Ghz.Also I heard that the sahara pc has
wireless lan support but the Toshiba does not.

Which is a better laptop please

My mom recently bought a sahara laptom with the same specs, so I guess it's probably the same model. I was really supprised by the quality, esspecially for a R3000 laptop.

But, if they both cost you the same, I'd rather go for the Toshiba and just get a mini PCI wireless card, they cost about R200 AFAIK.

I've seen one with those specs for R4700 I think. :eek:

Oh and BTW, seems like that Sahara laptop is acually a rebranded Lenovo, and they're the guys that make IBM laptops and computers. :cool:

i bought one of those 3000k sahara laptops for a client and wow was i surprized how good it was

Toshiba is one of the best laptop brands around. It prob has the best reliability. The problem with that is it comes at a price.

I'd never get a Sahara-branded anything - they all seem to be of poor quality. Dunno about the laptops specifically though. As for Toshiba, there's a good reason they're among the big 3 laptop manufacturers.

from what i have seen sahara laptops are very good

just the company gives them a bad name

im sure the big 3 are hp acer and dell might be wrong though
