Saix Caching Problem

Good day all

I have a issue at the moment. We moved our web hosting server to another country and it keeps going back to the old one then it will go to the new one and then to the old one again. It keeps changing. It is due to a cahing problem on SAIX side.

Does anyone know where and how or who we can contact at SAIX so that they can clear the cache of the site as we need to get the site up and going.

Please your help would be appreciated.

Check your DNS (primary & secondary) have the correct IP for your www record. If sometimes you get the wrong IP you need to get your DNS host to shorten the TTL so that other DNS servers update more often to get the new IP.

Or... It could be something completely different.
