Nothing as crazy. She argued and had a bit of a meltdown when they told her she has to stop she didnt. Brother was upset about how the punishment she recieved and lost his cool once again not stopping when they told him to.

The final written warning was for not following a direct command.

Illegal - but do you really want to go down this route? It's your parents too now.

Just try and leave on good terms and write it off as a bad period and make the best of it.

I've worked for a company that would issue "fines" basically salary deductions for mistakes made.

It may be illegal, unethical etc but what are you going to do? Go the CCMA route and then lose a future work reference? Not very smart imo

At least the outcome seems to be generally positive for the moment..

But keep at the process of finding employment outside of the family company.. Then business and family aren't mixing and the parents will have zero hold over her anymore.
