Greetings everyone,

Here is the short story - I was offered a part time job, which would require 3-4 hours of my time daily.
The main role is to oversee (manage) the development, launch, integration with multi markeplace platforms and initial running phase of an online shop with +- 200 positions in the beginning, and in a few months bringing to +-3000 positions.
Now, the content upload, writing of descriptions etc will be done by someone else.
Working either from home or in office

The question is what would be market related salary for this type of job?

Half your monthly salary rounded up since you are working half a day?

A salary should be based on a compromise between what they're willing to pay you and what you're willing to accept. I don't see what the market has to do with it.

The market-related value (how other players in the market value this work) of the job has an influence on what the company will offer, and whether the OP will accept. If it is clear that the market value is higher, he might want to keep looking for other jobs.
