I think my offer is the best here, its hot sauce, bacteria should just die, I don't care about trivial things such as expiry date.

yes but then you just ruin the fun. I suppose on the plus side you get to invite me over for extra hot piri piri prawns or chicken or both.

Lol. I vote both. Plus a few steaks on the braai. Brilliant soaked in hot sauce.

Currently using dynamite sauce from Machachos at Green Stone, but gotten used to it. Need to upgrade temp a bit. Like freaking drugs this stuff!

You should come round my work.
Got a guy here who sells his own homemade stuff.
Guaranteed to take the paint off ANYTHING.

And I took the mild one.......

Does he make to sell?

I tried making my own once. Worked out pretty good, but hardly any heat. And sooooo much effort.
Rather just but the stuff... Home made always the best though.

Meatworld in Centurion have a large range of sauces.
They have imported a few of the Blair range and the hottest they had in stock was this one:
http://extremefood.com/Sudden-Death-Sauce/
Its R115, the milder ones they have in the range are R85. R115 is cheap considering the RRP is 10 usd, which is almost R130 these days.
I assume even their mild ones are lets rip open your intestines and rearrange them in no particular order.
From the reviews, you may have to use this with another type to supplement the heat with flavour:
Blair knocked it out of the park on heat with this one, but the flavor is not appealing. If you want to impress your friends then show them you can eat it while they go into seizures after trying
