Don't want to derail, but is this truly mechanical? That's dirt cheap, but can't imagine that mechanical switches can be manufactured that cheap?

Looks fully mechanical to me.

I think I saw that model in the Walmart for $30 when I was in Washington this year.

Hectic that's cheap. Would love to see a review and comparison to a Logitech or Corsair etc. But at that price one can't complain.
 
I got this from Takealot, I think it has Jixian Reds as the switches if I recall correctly.


Here is a nice YT review of the keyboard:


It's a tad louder than my Gigabyte K83 with Cherry Reds, but I will put that down to steel vs plastic frame differences between the two and not the switches themselves.
 
Closing. Decided to keep the keyboard and maybe try mod it, as a little experiment.

I see you can get keycap dampener pads to install and some guys fill the housing with Poly-Fil to take away the hollow sound of the plastic enclosure.
