As a Sales agent you will be required to identify cold canvas and engage with potential users that have a requirement for the WA Web services on offer. A strong consultative approach will be required whilst ensuring that the product meets the potential client’s requirements from both a product and reporting point of view. A particular emphasis on after sales service will also ensure upsell and an ongoing relationship providing the client with use full data justifying the purchase of the service.
Key requirements:
• 2 - 3 years telesales experience, preferably in an outbound scenario.
• A strong understanding of
o Cold Canvassing
o Closing sales
o targeting, tracking and measuring
o motivating
o A strong consultative approach (matching needs with requirements)
• Managing and reporting on individual targets
• Ability to manage the sales process through strong pipe line skills
• Experience in:
o ICT industry with sound knowledge of ISP services
o account management
o customer retention
o Pipe line reporting
o Achieving sales targets
