I have made a ton of screen shots of pathetic mtn "b-r-o-a-d-b-a-n-d" service. I can not get through the call center dudes (Eish...).
You said not to go to hellopeter. Well I am sick and tired. My connection freezes and then I have to reboot the notebook (I have 3).
Please advise.....
