Samsung Galaxy A32 - Vodacom contract prices

Samsung recently launched its new Galaxy A32 smartphone in South Africa, offering flagship-like features in an affordable and modern product.

The smartphone is available in two versions - LTE and 5G - and includes an impressive array of hardware and features when compared to other handsets in its price range.

"The new Galaxy A32 coming to market in both versions will not only make cutting-edge innovation more accessible to more South Africans but also allow users to enjoy 5G-capabilities for the first time in the Galaxy A Series," Samsung South Africa said.

My first thoughts are..
Why so little ram, only 4gb..
And is the low end processor capable of dealing with data at 5g speeds, and where will it store this huge quantity of data with only a paltry 128gb memory.. At 20gb/second the memory is full in 6 seconds, then what?
Also is the memory (128gb) fast enough to accept/write data at 20gb/second..
Here I am thinking of m.2 nvme that can only write 2.4gb/second.. So surely memory that is 10x faster would be very expensive?

I can only imagine very high definition movies like 8k or higher, because audio doesn't need that kinda bandwidth, but then is the phone screen capable of 8k or higher definition and again is the processor upto the workload?

More questions than answers it seems..

You are one of those guys it seems that just because you have a connection which is a lot faster that you are going to be using more data. Why do people assume this? If you are using your phone now to make Whatsapp calls and browse the net, being on 5G just means that your experience will be a bit better and snappier and perhaps better call quality on Voip applicaitons. If you are going to change your habbits and start trying to download the internet with your 5G connection on your A32, then use it as a hotspot for your laptop which have got the appropriate storage space. Just make sure you have a big enough data bundle on your contract / prepaid sim too lol.

Exactly my point..

It is so deceitful to offer a device which I don't think it could deal with 5 seconds of 20gb /second even if that data smacked it in the face like a wet fish..

As a previous post said.. It's a phone.. Don't go calling it 5g..

Its kinda like when they advertised 4g a couple of years ago only to find two or three years after release that we were never going to get 4G anyway and all it ever was was the long Term Evolution of 3g LTE..

I have yet to come across a phone even the very top of the range phones that can deal with 4G minimum speed even if it (4g) had been released.

So in summary what I am really saying is that the purveyors of these phones are being very loose and deceitful about the capability of their devices bordering very close to dishonesty even if it is only R500 more than the 3-g model oh sorry did I call it 3-g I meant LTE um err 4g.. Hmm now I'm very confused.. and what was this funny little bottom of the range phone going to be again oh 5g..
