I decided to go white for a change, think the detailing on the phone is picked out battery in white. Another thing I like is the glow from buttons and notification light that permeate through the casing, it's a nice effect. But to each their own...

So smart ass me went and lost my phone on sunday.....

So as you all know I lost my phone.... well today I get a random call from some guy and he claims he found it. I make the effort and lo and behold I have my Note 4 back (minus the S Pen)

Cant believe there are still good people out there. He didnt even want to take a reward.

And he was a nigerian from Tableview

My wallet once flew out my window around the exit circle by Clearwater Mall...

2 days later a taxidriver from Thembisa phoned me, to find out where I work, so he can drop off my wallet. Everything down to the cent was still in my wallet just the way I lost it...

This was in 2006/7 sometime though.

There is still a lot of humanity left in the human race, dont worry. Unfortunately the media and people like Stofsuier would just lead people to believe otherwise.

Does it use the same Spen as the Note 2? If so I might have a surplus one soon if I do not find a screen donor.

Nope, completely different. The Note 3's one might work but the 2 definitely won't fit in the phone.

Nope, both Note 2 and 3 SPens will not fit, I tried a friends Note 3 stylus and it would not fit in fully in the 4.

Who said Copy to Clipboard was missing in the Note 4? I am on NK4 and look what popped up when I used Smart Select:

Today I realised just how far the Note 4 sets itself apart from every other smartphone out with a feature that I am loving, Smart Select, I can select parts of images/posters etc...And the phone will segment the selection by what's available e.g. I wanted the phone number on a poster that was on FB, instead of having to memorise or take a screenshot I pulled out the SPen, did Smart Select, it broke the poster down into little segments, one of them being Contacts and gave me the option to simply save the number as a contact, call it etc... Just brilliant its these little things that go a long way in productivity.

This is why I no longer bother when people want to compare a Note 4 to a 6 Plus, Xperia Z3, Nexus 6 etc... Not only does this thing have great hardware, but some of the software features are sooo much deeper and so damn well thought out, competitors are still very far behind.
