So in the last two days I was using a lot of mobile network data rather than WiFi and noticed my Note 4 simply wasn't picking up LTE, so while shopping at Fourways Mall I popped in to Vodashop and they activated my LTE services on my SIM, turns out they forgot to do this when I was upgrading on the launch night. Now my Note 4 is picking up LTE all over, even places where my iPad 4 can't keep a stable LTE connection my Note 4 manages to keep a stable and ludicrously fast LTE connection :D so happy

So that's a tip for those who came from a non-LTE phone to a Note 4 e.g. If you're coming from an Exynos S4 or Exynos S5, ensure they activate LTE services on your sim before walking out.

Also walked in to iStore to try out a iPhone 6 Plus next to my Note 4, the employee seemed impressed by the Note 4 as I used it along side the 6 Plus, as I use floating apps :D a level of multitasking iOS will see only in about 5years time, had WhatsApp and Facebook going while browsing in Google Chrome :D the couple next to me who were looking at the iPhone 6 that the guy gave them to look at also kept glancing at my Note 4, the husband's eyes would simply not leave the Note 4 who sort of looked at me like he wanted to give it a go, but I had shopping bags and was in a rush to just go after playing with the 6 Plus and confirming to myself after using it that it is merely a 'me to' and nothing unique in its functionality unlike the Note 4 :)

Worst part is the 6 Plus has a 5.5inch display, no stylus, a smaller camera, a smaller battery, etc....yet it's still about the same size as the Note 4 with its 5.7inch display, and there's barely anything in the 6 Plus that is missing in my iPad or a 5S, it is literally just a bigger display, functionality, screen real-estate use etc...are pretty much the same, that goes for the 6 to, you are literally just getting a bigger display and nothing much else, not even 4K video recording, or more RAM to multitask, no special multitasking or Phablet type Productivity apps, such a shame. Explains why we have an LG user, licking Apples ass in a Samsung thread, bitterness, that's all it is. :)
I would like to suggest you have a vivid imagination. Instead ! Sigmeund freud should stand aside and let's hold you as the new bastion of psycho analysis. You can read strangers minds who you just meet in a shop. Impressive. But you can even read my mind just based on some typed words on a forum ! Truly next level.

That above is a thing called sarcasm. It's a nuance that some miss and others get. Like marketing campaigns and their machovelian agendas. Let us break it down...what you said....into manageable segments ....straight after the rugby.

For now I will just add that I am very happy with my current phone. It does all the usual (copied from apple ) android drudgery and that's great. I was sure I was going to buy a windows phone and then the lg g2 just seemed great value. But its android and android is just boring me. Something in the contrarian in me doesn't want to be associated with the lowest common demoninater that the masses gravitate towards. Why ? Misanthropy and a general loathing for the idiocy of my fellow man. But for now...rugby.

Thanks for input. Nice comparison from an Apple user.

So Note4 is on the money?

I wonder where Samsung borrowed the idea for a LTE device from? I think they also stole the idea of a build-in mp3 player in a mobile phone from someone. ..

Actually in the spirit of fair play I was told by my korean friend that a korean invented the mp3 format. For what that is worth.

Can I sum up and put my money where my mouth is ?

Samsung outsells apple probably 50 to 1 in this country. However I am sure that the iphone 6 will outsell the note 4 and s5 in the coming months. If I am wrong I will take suggestions as to my pennance. If I am right all I ask is that on this thread all that oppose me will type out the line "mcd ..you have really big balls and their very size is only matched by your massive intellect".

I think that is fair.

It's called body language, those of us who get out more instead of going into forums and trolling understand it, but as you were, the reality distortion field is strong in you, Steve Jobs would be so proud. :)

Bang on the money, it's unbelievable that no other OEM has invested this much attention to detail in a device, Samsung truly took the time out to research and develop how to make the Phablet useful instead of just being a phone with a big screen they have brought in things like floating apps, the stylus, Pen apps, Productivity apps that take advantage of the pen, so it all makes sense, while every other phone maker including Apple have simply made a bigger phone, and the worst part is that many apps don't even take advantage of the 6 Plus display, I don't know if you've ever used Instagram on an iPad but it is tragic as you have to use the phone app and it doesn't go full screen, that's what it's like to use unoptimized on a 6 Plus.

I know the iPhone has a big following overseas. Whether they'll outsell the N4 and S5 locally, I guess we'll have to wait and see.

No worries, no offence was taken.
I glanced at your post while reading the garbage the troll has been typing. Totally got it wrong! My bad..

@ Midnight_choir_drunk

So you honestly believe that a lot of android users will be coming over to iOS especially those concerned about their image?

Ad on the TV said Note 4 plus a gear fit on Smart M for R599 a month from Vodacom stores. Does that sound right?
