Telkom manages the best contract prices because they cut support overheads

They also manage the best contract prices because they cut capital cost by not getting good enough coverage for their subscribers... I live in George and sometimes couldn't even make a call when I am within the town's borders... Pathetic. Same with CellC.

I went to MTN and although they are also not a great company I at least don't struggle with signal at all.

Lol they roam in MTN so you would have had a signal that way

FreeMe 2GB R799

That's really not too bad considering the price of the Note8.

Probably the cheapest of the lot. Rest assured that the other 3 will be more expensive and offer less value for money.

Cheapest doesn't help if the signal is so crap you can't make a legible phone call.

Hopefully they will offer a similar deal on iPhone 8 and X
I've long accepted I am an MTN user by grace of Telkom
And all the irritating signal issues involved.
