Reading the Boy Genius Report, I agree that the location of the SAMSUNG logo in relation to the screen gives credence to it being a fake. Pretty sure the phone is going to be cool regardless.

That's a really bad photoshoped, the Samsung logo is way to squashed, and the blue apps line is not even paralleled to the top of the screen.
