How long does your S4 take to fully charge from about 10%?

Mine's been charging for about 2 hours now and is now on 61%. Is that normal? Or is it only because I'm used to the fact that my Note 3 fully charge in about 90min?

Found that mine charge about 1% per minute on charger, bit slower from USB

I'm currently using the S4 the way a phone is supposed to be used. Just making and receiving calls. Not using any other feature.

So far the battery is on 68% after 1 day and 2 hours. It reminds me of my Nokia 6110 back in the days. 900mAh battery that lasts for a week.

But these things are not phones... The word we use to refer to them is just outdated. They are full blown pocket computers!

Of course yes. Just testing to see how much battery life I can get out of the phone with light to average usage.

I suspect the consistent use of a charger with lower amps over a long period of a year or two might prolong the battery life of the battery (that is slow down the rate of deterioration of the cell).

I don't think a different charger would have any immediate effect, no.

Battery usage was quite a bit better today after I disabled Google+.... I've just made a profile on that CPU app now to limit CPU to between 250 and 600 when battery is less than 40%, so we'll see how it goes tomorrow.

I got myself a pair of Zerolemon 3000mAh batteries, with a rapid charger. So far I am seeing a full day usage and when I get home at 5 I am still at 30%.

I loaded it today.
It works well thus far.
Make sure you switch to your stock launcher before you install or your home button might not work. Mine didn't.

My battery was at 18% and I switched to Ultra power saving mode. It showed 2.5 days remaining.
