Has anyone noticed with the latest 5.0.1 for my GT-I9500 - it's a bit buggy?

I've noticed a few times where;

1. When someone calls me, and I answer, it's like it's on LOUD SPEAKER - I have to enable LS and disable it and then it's normal - I've had my S4 for close to 2 years and it's never done that before - has happened 3 times.

2. I get a phone call and it's like the lock screen has crashed, the phone rings, I can't answer - I basically have to do a battery pull to fix it - has happened twice.

Like I said before, I've had the phone for close to 2 years and I think I know my phone pretty well, it's never done these type of things before, only since I did the Lollipop upgrade.

Am I the only one experiencing these issues?

No issues on 5.0.1, did you do a factory reset when you upgraded?

Actually, what happened was, I connected to Kies, it told me about the update, it started downloading and when I woke up, it was done, so I didn't have any say in the matter but suffice to say - my phone is still the same as it was prior to 5.0.1 (software wise)

I've been on stock 5.0.1 for a few weeks. No issues so far. I would consider doing a factory reset if I were you.

Updating my I9500 GS4 to 5.0.1, just had the 1GB update, now doing the minor 326mb update. So far the UI seems much faster and smoother and doesn't look too different. Its so weird to use my S4 after 5-6months on my Note 4, but updating my S4 for my Mom who uses it as a 2nd phone.

Very impressed with the 5.0.1 update on the S4, if one wasn't a technophile one could have used the S4 up until now as a main phone as it still runs damn well. 5inch HD1080P display, 2GB RAM, 2600mAh battery, 32GB Internal Memory, Octa Core CPU and a 13MP Camera with Exmor RS sensor...still a damn good phone even on paper.

Yip. Still a great phone. The Lollipop update gave this phone new life. Touchwiz UI seems faster than KitKat, which was my main issue with Touchwiz before.

Anyone know what a 2 yr old S4 is worth? It's always been in a cover with a screen protector, so it's in excellent condition.
Where is a good place to advertise it?

You looking at about R5,500 for a NEW one, R4,500 for a good second hand one.

If I had to sell mine, I'd expect at least R4,000 minimal.

Lol I'm selling my spotless S5 at 4K so I doubt you will get even R3500 for a S4

Id think second hand will be closer to R3000.

Sold my one for R2500 on Monday. There are quite a few at that price. R3000 if you're lucky!

I'm selling mine soon, just need to get around to clearing everything off it. Seems the going rate is 2500. It better be quite new and come with a cover or two for 3000.
