Its amazing how the price have fallen. Only about R2500 worth now second hand. Geezus. Loses value faster than a french car!

But honestly, why would you want to sell the S4? It's an all round great phone.
I was so excited to upgrade but now... nah, I'd rather wait.
The only decent upgrade (for me) is the Xperia and or the S6, both cost MORE (contract) so I'd rather wait.

I Russian Lollipop'ped my S4 a week or two ago. When I check for updates, my phone says that the latest updates are already installed. How do I get this minor update? Is it downloadable, because it doesn't seem to be available OTA? Kies doesn't seem too interested any more...

Yeah, mine is rooted and won't let me update OTA.

If I remember correctly late last year I flashed my S4 with an India (INU) ROM and also changed my S4's CSC to INU so I may get OTA Updates.

My s4 active started acting up today. Screen flashed white with grey lines all down.

Finally got it working again but now the screen is a fair bit darker than what it normally is and there's ghosting in the background. Im guessing the screen is screwed right? Any advice or should I just start saving for a new phone?

Warranty? Otherwise save for a new one... Probably won't be worth fixing

I've been away from this thread for about 9 months so may have missed it, but has anyone else had the silver start peeling off of the bezel that surrounds the screen?

Mine is looking terrible with pieces of silver missing from all 4 corners of the phone. It is not from any drops as I have looked after my phone very well. Took it in to an approved Samsung repair agent here today and the lady behind the counter said that the bezel gets replaced with the screen. So I said no problem, as I have 2x ADH repairs left but she said my screen must be broken first!

I then asked her if she is saying I need to intentionally smash my screen in order to get the silver bezel restored and she said yes. WTF?
