I definitely think so. My s2 has served me so incredibly well and still continues to do so but everything on the S4 is just that much better. 1080p 5" screen and no lag on Vector (cool game). This is the only game so far where my S2 struggles a tad.

Nope, it's cardboard, but it's bio-degradable and all that with Soy ink and so on, lol.

I had been using my GS2 for a few weeks since my GS3 broke, and I can tell you now, THIS is a VERY worthy upgrade, it feels very light yet solid in hand, it doesn't have that slippery feel of the S3. The display is stunning, UI is incredibly fast and smooth, not to mention the brute of a CPU/GPU under the hood with its 8cores and excellent PowerVR GPU.

Is anyone else experiencing intermittent lag on their phone?
It is freaking annoying me. This thing should be silky smooth no matter what.

Sometimes there is a very slight delay when starting an app. Screen animations also lag here and there (like a stutter).

Reading a Web page (chrome) or forum thread (tapatalk) also shows it. Sometimes when moving to scroll the page it will stick for half a second then scroll fine.

It is not a critical issue at all, but is noticeable and something I did not experience on my S3 or Note 2.

Last time I actual experienced this was on my S2 when I used to flash a lot and fiddle with CPU profiles.

Power saving disabled?

IIRC the "Tap home button twice to launch S-voice" function caused some lag on the s3. Perhaps disable all new functionality and go through a process of elimination by turning them back on one by one...

Ye - never use power saving.

Just done a factory reset. Will take it from there.
