I was in cellucity in Gateway looking for a cover and they told me. I confirmed it with telepage on the South Coast as well. It certainly seems legit to me.

Just sent the SMS and got 2 replies:

"Congratulations your I9500 is now covered by Accidental Damage Handling(ADH), please visit www.samsung/samsungadh to view terms and conditions."

"Thank you for buying a Samsung I9500.Registration SUCCESSFUL.You have 24 Months warranty from date of purchase. SAMSUNG CARES"

Worst grammar and spelling ever... lol

I only seem to be getting Edge at my office in the Cape Town CBD on CellC :( So slow... Before my MTN simcard was switched off I was getting HSDPA/3G :(

I know, I know, should have tested with a pay as you go sim first but no one else was offering 1gig of data or close to it...

Just thought I'd put this out there for any new Galaxy S4 owners. My Vodacom shop didnt inform me of this.

Samsung GS4's get free accidental handling cover (ADH) for 24 months, (eg. drop your phone and crack your screen, samsung will pay to fix it)

To register:

1. Get your IMEI number by dialling *#06# make a note of your IMEI
2. Create a new SMS and send REG*yourIMEInumber# to 34622

You should get a message back saying Thank you for buying a i9500, and then a 2nd message saying congrats your i9500 is now covered by ADH

Thanks been looking for that number. Not sure if registering through the Samsung site covers you.

Samsung Live Chat said it has to be done via sms and can't be done online...

I've been trying to tell everyone this is what you get with Cell C. Even when you have HSDPA or 3G, u get slow speeds. 1 gig is no use if you can't use it!
