I must say I am really loving this phone. Wasn't sure if it would be much of an improvement on the S3 but it really is. The battery life so far has been pretty good, I am on 1 day 1 hr at the moment and still have 34% left.

Basically it means that the device will be like a nexus device running stock android on like what most romantic can do.

This is cool in the way that drivers will be open for the device then and development alot better hopefully if Samsung goes ahead with this version

You should be aware that the Google version S4 is purely speculation and I'll be willing to put money on it that it will NOT happen.

I am pretty sure it is gonna happen, but I think it will be based on the i9505 Snapdragon 600 version :(

Even if it does surface I can image it won't be widely available i.e. through dev channels, not via retail or carriers.

Samsung have very much adopted an Apple like stance, they wont allow any external party to disintermediate their brand in the broader market.

How can you be sure? It's literally hours from Google I/O, rumors are bound to spread like wildfire no matter what the nerds make up

Google I\O starts today in the states, so starting from tomorrow all the news should be feeding through the web. We'll find out soon enough

I am not interested in the device, just the ASOP firmware. I am really hoping that Samsung would push for it on their SoC platform (Exynos 5).

Thrilled with Google GS4! Hope this is the start of more Nexus/AOSP versions from OEMs.

I'm more excited about this then a possible 5.0

LTE... hmmmm, there goes my hopes of it being Exynos 5 based. Almost certainly gonna be Snapdragon
Anyone seen confirmation of the chipset?
