What is audioserver? I have not seen it before today, and it has been hungry.

I keep trying to introduce old habits to the S7E and it keeps rejecting them LOL.

It hates Greenify and it hates Package Disabler, both have lead to points where the phone goes unresponsive, once uninstalled it goes back to working just fine.

The reason I had installed Greenify was due to the whole battery drain saga the other week that turned out to be Facebook.

I have not Package Disabler since I tried it a week into owning the phone.

EDIT:

Major warning with regards to the Data Saver feature in Niugat, it can cause high Android OS usage, I was beginning to notice this, and went to XDA and it turns out it may be a bug with it. It's almost as if with Data Saver on, the apps that are being limited are relying on Android OS and rerouting the data through it.

Very odd.

I use Package Disabler Pro just fine on my edge running BTU nougat.

I select disable all bloatware and add a few of my own such as OM customise and the Microsoft apps, and it works great.

You cannot trip KNOX with official firmware and you should use CSC and ignore Home_CSC and flash that together with the other three files.

Do not, for any reason, flash the HOME_CSC_* file... everything else, GO!

When one takes one's phone into the Samsung Care Center and they book it in, whats the best way to backup all your stuff? And then I suppose to be safe should one be wiping the device in case they can access your personal stuff and cloud accounts?

Then there's the pain of making do with a loan phone from them and then you have to setup all your apps again for temporary use or else just go cold turkey and not whatspp for that period :/

Do u have another samsung device at home? Use smart switch from the device going in to the other Sammy phone then when u get the phone back smart switch it back...that would be the easiest back up cause it does he apps .
Don't think they will get your personal data from it phone even if it's unlocked they could lose their job but better safe than sorry

That's because they replace the rear every time they open the phone
