Never again! Such shocking service from FNB Connect and not even Private Banking helped me. Prepare to wait a month for your device, then a month every time it has an issue. My Note 5 spent more time shuttling back and forth between Gauteng and me than being used. It gave so many problems u think it must be a refurbished phone. Every request asking the phone to be replaced or the deal cancelled within the first 6 months was ignored. Still awaiting a response nearly 16 months later. Now take it unically to have problems fixed don't care if it invalidates the warranty, otherwise might as well hand it over permanently. Even if they offered a 50% discount I would never deal with them again.
