Sup Guys and Girls

I while ago I saw something, somewhere, where If you have a Samsung Galaxy phone, you can trade the phone in for a newer Galaxy Smartphone. I have a Galaxy Note 3, and want to upgrade to the Note 4.

If anyone knows about this please let me know.
