My GT 2 10.1 is 9 months old and takes 5 hours to charge so i took it to Samsung's shoosh new walk-in service centre in weltevreden park.
Apparently the battery's packed up because i have "too many apps running in the background". Now, i would give a lot to know which unwanted apps i can safely close - that horrible message keeps telling me i'll damage something if i force stop the app. I think you guys call said apps bloatware.
The problem i have with Samsung is that i had to pay for a replacement battery. Is that correct procedure?
I take a few pictures, gmail a bit and surf a lot - nothing fancy.
