Just received confirmation today from Cellucity that only S20 upwards is eligible for trade-in. Unfortunately, my S10+ does not qualify...

Odd I traded a S9 two weeks ago for an S22 for the full 10k
My comment was with regards to trading in for the Z Flip4.
How do you feel about your change to the S22 from the S9?

Oh yea even that allowed for an S9 and above in the first week seems they’ve changed it
It’s a drastic change loving the S22 , S9 had some battery issues making it slow so the S22 feels fantastic needed that upgrade and this incentive made it worth it
Yep, it's a little disappointing. But oh well...
The S22 deal is really great! It's good that you took advantage of it!

Just checked with the Samsung Store. They confirmed that the S10 series does not qualify for the R10,000 trade-in for the Z Flip4.
As @William1102 mentions, S10 series still qualifies until the end of the month for the S22 series trade-in. Problem with that is S22 series is not enough of an upgrade over an S10 Plus to justify switching and paying the R10,000 to R16,000 difference...

Guys went to incredible connection sandton got rudely treated by the manager who refused to do a trade in for s20

I think they jumped the gun when they created that list on their website. The one released now by Samsung contradicts it.
I was told that I can only qualify for a standard trade-in where they will give me R1,900 (!!!) for my mint condition S10 Plus (I haven't even removed the plastic screen protector that came from the factory).
It's a little disappointing that S10 owners are being skipped over and having their devices removed from the list so soon...

I also went to an Incredible Connection store today while at the mall.
I'm not sure if this is something the salesman is even allowed to disclose to the public but he mentioned that IC is not doing any trade-in deals at the moment due to some legal dispute that is still ongoing.
Go to Cellucity or the Samsung Store. They are offering the R10,000 trade-in deal on the S20 upwards. Go before it's over.
