samsung service - gotta love it :-)

okay Samsung service starts off badly with no stock of the galaxy tab2 10.1 available from their Brand Strore in Clearwater????? this was on monday but the store was expecting stock to arrive during the week, or so they said. by thurdsay it still wasn't there so i phoned someone at head office. this guy found a tab2 in their durban brand store and arranged to have it sent to clearwater OVERNIGHT for collection today. now that's impressive! things go wrong and i understand that but the way Samsung handled it was awesome.
